2. We do not guarantee ammo will be sealed in original packaging. For example, imported ammo is sometimes opened by US Customs for drug inspection.

3. We do not guarantee surplus military ammunition to be non-corrosive if it is advertised as non-corrosive.  We are not the manufacturer and we only pass on information that our distributors give us. If our distributors tell us that the military surplus ammunition in non-corrosive we advertise it that way. To be sure that shooting any military surplus ammunition will not be corrosive it is recommended that you always clean your firearm after firing.

4.Ammunitionstore does not manufacture ammunition. Ammunitionstore will not be responsible for personal injury or firearm damage due to shooting commercial or military ammunition. It would be impossible for us to guarantee that you and your firearm will never be damaged while shooting ammunition that we sell.  We cannot guarantee that your firearm is suitable to shoot ammunition even if it is new. We are not here to guarantee commercial and surplus ammunition. Therefore our policy is if you have problems that cannot be handled with a simple refund on commercial ammunition we will give you contact info to contact manufacturer or importer, shoot military surplus at your own risk, the best we will do with military ammunition is refund you your money on defective product. Be sure firearms are in suitable working order before using. Be sure to always clean firearms correctly after each use. We want shooting to be safe so be responsible and treat firearms with respect.

5. If you receive a box from UPS always OPEN it to check contents inside. If the outside of the box says 45 cal Winchester and you ordered 9mm PMP check inside, we re-use boxes to save you money.  We will not be responsible for UPS shipping charges for customers mistakes. We pay for shipping when we make a mistake however.

6. There is a 15 day inspection period on all merchandise.  You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the product if unopened for a refund less 15% and shipping charges.  If merchandise is defective or unusable you have 90 days from the time you took possession to arrange a refund on that product. After 90 days from receipt of merchandise has expired there will be no refunds, credits, trades or compensation for merchandise.

7. We replace defective product with new product, the only time we offer a full refund is if the item is out of stock. If you have a partial defective order we will only replace the bad product, keep the good product otherwise there will be unnecessary shipping. We cannot guarantee that all the surplus items we have are 100% perfect but we will replace defective surplus, this is why we will not discount or refund money for inconvenience to the customer.

8. If you are having a problem with our ammunition like jamming or soft primer hits, or any other conceivable phenomenon, we return ammunition less shipping. If a licensed gunsmith says our ammunition is at fault and not your gun we will pay shipping. Any questions on this policy call.

9. Ammunitionstore / Star Air, employees are not qualified gun technicians or ammunition experts. We will not be liable for damage to firearms or personal injury regardless of any advice or recommendations from employees. Ammunitionstore / Star Air employee's advice and recommendations do not supersede the return policy.

10. If by mistake, we ship you less ammunition than you ordered we will refund the difference either by check or by credit . Or if there is an error and you received more than you ordered we will send out a pre-paid UPS label, or we can charge your card the difference if you wish to keep it.
