Shipping

We DO NOT ship international, shipping ammunition overseas is illegal by U.S. federal law.  Orders Placed from Monday through Friday before 2:00pm usually ship within 2 business days or within 2 business days of the product warehouse ETA date. Products are only shipped during business days. Pre-Ordered items are not guaranteed to ship on the expected arrival date.  Major holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you provide us with an invalid shipping address on your order, and the merchandise gets returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item however shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please verify your shipping address with UPS before ordering.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of UPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returnable Items 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Ammunition - applies to most residential orders

Any orders that have been paid for and requested to be held, but not picked up by the customer within 6 months will become property of ammunitionstore.com The order may be refunded, or continued to be held longer if the customer makes such arrangements. Any order that is requested to be held, and NOT paid for will be canceled after one month of not being picked up.
