Returns Policy

For saftey and legal reasons we can not allow returns on most residential ammunition orders. Please make sure your order is correct. If you have any questions about your caliber please refer to our knowlege base. Or call customer support: 1-877-966-3720.

Most un-opend non-ammuniton products can be returned for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

If you are using a credit card the billing address must be the same as your credit crad account adress. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of UPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Non-Returnable Items

Any orders that have been paid for and requested to be held, but not picked up by the customer within 6 months will become property of ammunitionstore.com The order may be refunded, or continued to be held longer if the customer makes such arrangements. Any order that is requested to be held, and NOT paid for will be canceled after one month of not being picked up.

We do not guarantee ammo will be sealed in original packaging. For example, imported ammo is sometimes opened by US Customs for inspection.

If you receive a box from UPS always OPEN it to check contents inside. If the outside of the box says 45 cal Winchester and you ordered 9mm PMP check inside, we re-use boxes to save you money. We will not be responsible for UPS shipping charges for customers mistakes. We pay for shipping when we make a mistake however.
